About the Role

As a managing associate in our Holyoke or Latham location, you’ll be empowered to grow your existing successful practice by recruiting + leading a small group of advisors in their professional development.
This dual-track career path offers joint-work opportunities, competitive products, and concierge-level practice-transition support in addition to leadership training and competitive compensation. Importantly, you’ll be part of an elite team that emphasizes integrity and respect, whose culture makes coming to work something to look forward to, and where you’ll be encouraged and supported to excel in your unique abilities.
Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):
  • Achieve and maintain Leaders level
  • Source/recruit a minimum of 3 new advisors to Charter Oak per year
  • Lead weekly coaching meetings with financial advisors
  • Attend all required firm training

About the Right Candidate

Qualifications
  • FINRA Series 6 or 7, + 63 registration required
  • Life and Health Insurance required
  • Three years industry experience required
  • A demonstrated track record of success
  • Well-versed in risk management and wealth management concepts
  • Leadership/mentoring/coaching experience preferred (but not required)
