The Role
Frank focuses primarily on Charter Oak’s financial management, daily operations, technology and compliance. He collaborates closely with the rest of the leadership team to acclimate new advisors to our firm and to the industry.

The Story
Like many first-generation Americans, Frank has always known two things: hard work gets you places, and family comes above all else. Buoyed by the support of his parents, grandparents and many aunts, uncles and cousins, he was among the first of his large Italian family to graduate college—led there to play soccer, and leaving with numerous championships and a finance degree under his belt. ​

These collective experiences are what Frank credits for his discipline, proclivity for teamwork and ability to pause before reacting, all of which have afforded him success in his professional life. These traits have been especially impactful during Charter Oak’s growth and expansion during Frank’s tenure. ​

Still an athlete at heart, Frank remains dedicated to fitness, and is an avid golfer. He sits on the boards of two local businesses. And, like his parents before him, he considers his wife and daughter—with whom he lives in Wilbraham—the center of his world.
