COVID-19 Response

To our clients, colleagues, and community partners:

Charter Oak Financial is considered an essential business in all the states in which we operate, and therefore remains open to support our clients’ needs during these uncertain times.  In the interest of our shared safety, we are staffing our locations on a reduced-hours basis to fulfill essential services only, effective Monday March 23rd. We are not receiving clients in our offices until cleared to do so.

As we navigate this very fluid situation, we’re reminded of one of our guiding principles: “Adapting when challenged by forces outside of our control, but always staying true to our core values.” Serving and supporting our clients is at the heart of what we do, and we have employed every tool at our disposal to ensure our advisors and professional staff can continue to perform their jobs, maintain required social distancing, and fulfill our promises to you.

Below are some of the tools we’re using to make this virtual transition as smooth as possible. You’ll also find resources, historical perspectives, and key insights from our partners at MassMutual that we hope you’ll find helpful.

With roots tracing back to 1886, our firm has weathered its share of storms. Please know that we and our network of professionals are here to support you however we can, as we weather this most recent storm together.
