Charter Oak Named a Top Small Company to Work for in CT’s Litchfield, New Haven and Fairfield Counties for Seventh Consecutive Year
September 25, 2019, Norwalk, Conn.—Charter Oak Financial (Charter Oak) has been selected by Hearst Media Services and independent research firm Workplace Dynamics as a top small business to work for in Connecticut’s Litchfield, New Haven and Fairfield counties for a seventh year in a row. Charter Oak has been selected as finalist each year since 2013 for each of those years for its progressive workplace practices, positive workplace environment and exemplary treatment of employees.
