A D V I S O R Y   S E R V I C E S   C O O R D I N A T O R 

As an Advisory Services Coordinator, you will be tasked with providing exceptional operational and servicing support to the advisors and clients of a fast-paced financial planning practice in Southern Connecticut. A successful advisory support coordinator will perform all duties with a focus on delivering an exceptional end-user experience, relying on both technical proficiency and relationship-building skills to be effective in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with insurance applications and investment transfers
  • Follow up on all insurance applications and investment transfers
  • Provide operational support to all advisors in the practice
  • Build relationships with new and existing clients, with a focus on superior customer experience
  • Other duties as assigned

Measurement Criteria

  • Improved application processing time
  • Demonstrated impact on efficiency across the practice

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Demonstrated ability to solve problems independently
  • Ability to effectively deliver multiple priorities with vague or defined timelines
  • The ideal candidate will have wire-house or similar experience
  • College degree or equivalent industry experience. B.A./B.S. degree in a business discipline preferred
  • Life, accident, health or FINRA licenses are a plus
