Hamden, Conn. May 4, 2016 — Charter Oak insurance and Financial Services Co., one of the largest general agencies of Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company (MassMutual), has named Alison Derham as its training coordinator and ESP champion.

In the training role, Ms. Derham will implement and manage the agency’s holistic training program across all levels of agent experience. She will also work closely with Charter Oak’s onboarding coordinator to ensure new agents are off to a strong start.
